Drink beer brewed on Sterling real estate.Sterling real estate owners who love good beer and good food should check out Sweetwater Tavern. The star of the show at Sweetwater is the amazing list of handcrafted beers, made by head brewmeister Joe Schineller and brewmeisters Aaron Emery and Jon Blake. Their crisp light lager, Naked River Lager, is always on tap. It’s very refreshing and made from German pilsner barley. Their Great American Pale Ale, which has earned multiple awards in the US and abroad, is also always on tap.

Throughout the year, the brewmeisters release special brews, so it’s always worth coming in to see what’s available. There are hoppy ales and IPAs, lagers and other light ales, malty ales, Belgian ales, and some fun and funky brews. Kids will love the real home brewed root beer. If you’d like to try several beers, order the round of samples. You’ll get tastes of five different on-tap brews. When you’ve found your favorite, order a growler to take back to your Sterling home.
